Sign-Up for Practice Fields
- Because we have so many teams (which is a good thing), everyone needs
to be willing to share the fields, especially the fields with goal posts.
Only U-10 and above should use the areas with goal posts and then only
HALF the field per team. Thank you for your cooperation!
Central Valley Schools
- Teams using CV fields for practice must sign up through the soccer
office. Please do not go to the schools.
- Recreational coaches can sign up now by coming into the office or by
calling the office. However, practices cannot begin until March
12th.
- Competitive coaches - including U-12 Developmental - may sign up for
CV fields beginning August 23rd.
East Valley and West Valley Schools
- Please sign up by going directly to the school where you want to
practice. You will need to fill out a field usage form at the
school.
Spokane Valley Parks
- No signup is necessary but the office would appreciate knowing day and
time if you are using these facilities.
Risk Management (background check)
- Recreational: All coaches and assistant coaches need to complete
risk management papers. If you have not received papers to complete,
call the office.
- Competitive: All coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, managers
and treasurers need to complete risk management papers. If you have
not received papers to complete, call the office. If you have any
changes in your team officials, please update your info with the office.
Competitive Teams: U-12 Developmental, District and WSYL/WSYDL
- Adds, drops and transfers require additional state paperwork and
Association fees. Please allow 14 days for adds and transfers,
especially if a player card is needed. Each team is allowed 3
transfers during the seasonal year.
- Travel papers are needed for any tournaments outside of Washington.
This includes Idaho, even though we play them in league. Allow 35
days for the process.
- Travel to Canada needs international travel papers. Allow
95 days to process.
